Karolla Hodda (Dried Salty Fish Curry)


Ingredients:
150g sun-dried, salted fish, washed and cubed
1 onion, chopped
2 green chilies cut in lengthwise
1 large tomato, chopped
1 tsp chillie powder

1” cinnamon stick
½ tsp fenugreek 
3/4cup diluted coconut milk
1/4 cup thick coconut milk

Method:

Put all the ingredients except the thick coconut milk into a saucepan and bring to boil. Allow to simmer until the fish is cooked

Add the thick coconut milk and bring to boil again and leave for couple of minutes

Check for saltiness. If desired add to taste before removing from fire

    This recipe is dead right and comes out with the same great taste every time I make it. Wife loves it :)
    May be you need to add bit of tumeric as well, but it still works !
