Chocolate Mousse

''Chocolate Mousse is a favorite dessert among most and its quite very easy to make.''

15 eggs whites and yolks separated
100g powdered sugar
700g semi sweet chocolate bar
Fresh cream or whip cream 200gs

Melt chocolate in double boiler method or microwave.
Let it cool and mix thoroughly with egg yolks.
Beat egg whites in a large dry bowl with an electric beater until forms firm stiff peaks.
Add in the power sugar to it and beat again until stiff.
Finally mix the choc mixture with the egg white mixture well.
Pour the mousse mixture to individual serving glasses or bowl.
Chill over night or till settled.
Before serving top with fresh cream or whip cream.
