Ingredients:
150g sun-dried, salted fish, washed and cubed
1 onion, chopped
2 green chilies cut in lengthwise
1 large tomato, chopped
1 tsp chillie powder
1” cinnamon stick
½ tsp fenugreek
½ tsp fenugreek
3/4cup diluted coconut milk
1/4 cup thick coconut milk
1/4 cup thick coconut milk
Method:
Put all the ingredients except the thick coconut milk into a saucepan and bring to boil. Allow to simmer until the fish is cooked | |
Add the thick coconut milk and bring to boil again and leave for couple of minutes | |
Check for saltiness. If desired add to taste before removing from fire |

ReplyDeleteThis recipe is dead right and comes out with the same great taste every time I make it. Wife loves it :)
May be you need to add bit of tumeric as well, but it still works !
