Fish White Curry


Ingredients:

Fish (Para) 500g
1 piece goraka
2'' cinnamon
1/2tsp turmeric powder
2 springs curry leaves
2 onions chopped
1 tomato chopped
5 green chillies chopped
2 tsp fenugreek seeds
2 cardomoms
1 clove garlic chopped
1 1/2 tsp salt
2-3 tsp lime juice
2cups 2nd and 3rd extract coconut milk
1/2 cup 1st extract coconut milk

Method:
Wash the fish well. cut in to pieces and if small fishes are used keep it as a whole but make one or two slits in it body in order to marinate well.
Add all the ingredients except fish, 1st extract of coconut milk and lime juice in to a cooking pan.Bring it to boil and simmer until liquid is reduced to half and onions are soft.
Add fish and 1st extract of coconut milk and simmer until fish are done for 10 minutes. Add lime juice
Serve as a side dish with rice.
