Soya meat chucks 1 cup
1 onion sliced
1 small potato finely sliced
1 tomato pureed
2tsp soya sauce.
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
2 green chillie chopped
Chillie powder 3/4 tsp
Sri Lankan curry powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon grass 1'' piece
1/2 cup coconut milk
Soak the soya meat in lightly salted hot water for 15minutes
Drain and squeeze the water out. Marinate with chille and curry powder.
Heat a non stick cooking pan with oil and splutter mustard seeds, add in ginger and garlic pastes, lemon grass and stir. when they are fragrant add in the onion and green chillies and potato sliced.
Stir fry till potatoes become tender. Add in the soya meat and stir fry for minute and add in the tomato pureed and soya sauce. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
Add in coconut milk and bring to boil and simmer for a minute.
Serve as a side dish with rice.
