Banana in Butter Milky Sauce Topped with Crushed Chocolate Fingers


 ''A simple quick dessert idea but the taste is simple amazing...yummyyyy!!!!''

Serves 2

Ingredients:

2 bananas or Kolikuttu
2 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate fingers crushed.
Honey Cornflakes or muesli, crushed (optional)
Cashew nuts roasted (optional)


Method:
• Melt sugar and butter on low heat with constant stirring.
• Once the sugar starts becoming brown add hot milk and stir constantly until well mixed and the sauce thickens into a butter milk sauce. Add vanilla and stir.
• If the sauce makes clumps whisk it well.
• Cut the bananas along their length in to two halves.
• Place them on serving dish and drizzle with sauce and top with crushed chocolate fingers and serve!!! Yummyyyy :D

Tips:
• (If you like a caramelized sauce: melt 5 tbsp of sugar with 1 tbsp of butter till it caramelizes and add boiling milk and stir constantly until well mixed and thick. Add little boiling water if needed.
• Dip the banana pieces into the syrup and roll them in the crushed cornflakes.
• Serve. )
