Mustard Leaf Sambal

''Lovely crunchy fresh side dish''

Mustard leafs ( a whole bunch)
1 Onion sliced
1 Green chilli chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/2 a Lime juice

Wash the leafs well. and cut them finely.
Add in the onion, green chilli, salt and pepper to taste. add lime juice.
Mix well by hand. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve as a side dish with rice.
