Ingredients
Bhindi,wiped clean & slit lengthwise-250 gms
Besan - 2tbsp
Roased peanut powder with bit of flakes 2 tbsp
onion chopped finely
green chille choped finely
coriander leaves chopped
chilli powder - 2 tsp
garlic & ginger (finely grated or chopped) - 2tsp,
coriander powder - 1/2 tsp,
amchur powder - 1/2 tsp or lemon juice
tomato ketchup - 2 tsp,
salt to taste,
oil for frying
Method
In a hot kadai, fry the besan, chilli powder,coriander powder,amchur & ginger-garlic without oil for 2-3 mins.
mix with pasted peanuts powder, onion, green chili, coriander leaves
Turn off the flame and add tomato ketchup & salt and mix well.
Now stuff the split bhindi with this paste one by one.
Shallow fry.
Tip: Either u can fry them till start to become brownish on one side for a crisper taste or fry slightly to retain the green color for a more fresh taste.

i like this one. we in our dialect we call it okra (lady finger) its my favorite vegetable I used to make a salad on this kind... also I like your kangkong stir fried- thanks for posting and sharing your recipes.
