'' This is a simple Sri Lankan cabbage curry''
Serve 4
Ingredients:
Cabbage medium size
2 green chillies
1 onion
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
3/4 tsp chille powder
1/4tsp turmeric powder
Coconut milk 1 cup
Salt to taste
Spring of curry leaves
Cinnamon stick 1''
Method:
chopped the green chillies and slice the onion. Roughly chop the cabbage in to about 1'' size.
Mix all the ingredients in a cooking pan.
Cover and cook till the cabbage becomes tender and then simmer with lid off till done.
Serve as a side dish for rice.
