200g dhal (red)
2 green chillies
curry leaves spring
cinnamon stick 1''
chillie powder 1tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
1/2 cup first extract coconut milk
Wash dhal well. Slice the onion and the green chillies.
Place dhal in cooking pan and add onions and green chillie. Add in the turmeric, chillie powder, cinnomon stick, curry leaves and water.
Cook covered till the dhal is has cooked changed color and tender. add in salt and coconut milk bring to boil and take off fire.
Serve as a side dish with rice.
